You’re almost there! Just two days of activities left…
Today’s Challenge:
Practice visualization techniques, imagining yourself living a life of abundance and success.
Spending time visualizing yourself in the future is a great way to build an abundance mindset. Seeing yourself succeed by imagining specific details is a great way to make it feel more real and concrete. Challenge yourself to visualize yourself living an abundant future today.
My Comments: Imagine yourself having achieved exactly what you desire. Put yourself fully into the picture. Feel the emotions. Sense the sights, sounds and smells around you. Who are you with? What are you doing? What will your day look like? The more detailed your image, and the more intense your emotions around it, the more likely you are to bring it into existence. As Oprah Winfrey famously said, “Create the highest, grandest vision possible for your life, because you become what you believe.”
Bob Proctor taught, “Thoughts become things. If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand.” Or as my friend Marie Fratoni says, “it’s all made up, so make up something great!” Don’t stop with imagining the life you want. Begin taking the steps you can now to bring it into reality. Think about who you need to become to take the next step(s) and start consciously working on that, whether it’s some knowledge you need to obtain or some personal development you need to implement. Always keep moving in the direction of your vision.
Suggested Actions:
1. Create a Visualization Routine: Set aside time each day to visualize your future success. Make it a regular part of your routine.
2. Engage All Senses: When visualizing, engage all your senses to make the experience more vivid and real. Imagine what you see, hear, feel, smell, and taste.
3. Write Down Your Vision/Create a Vision Board: Document your visualizations in a journal or use images on a vision board. Write down/include images of the details of your ideal future and refer to it regularly for inspiration and motivation.
Extra Credit:
Regularly assess and adjust your goals and action plans, ensuring they align with your evolving vision and desires.
Today, challenge yourself to reassess one of your major goals or plans. Determine if you’re still moving in a good direction for success. If you need to make changes, do so. Being open to changing course and altering your plans is a part of embracing an abundance mindset.
My Comments: This is a really important activity to do on a regular basis. First, you want to be certain that you are sure what your goals are and that you have an action plan that will move you toward success. Second, you want to be certain that your goals are congruent with your values and your core being. If you find that they aren’t, reassess and adjust your goals. Third, as you achieve some of your goals or pursue an action plan, you may find that it is not producing the outcome or contentment you envisioned. When that happens, be OK with dropping a goal or changing it to better fit who you are now.
Suggested Actions:
1. Review Your Goals: Set aside time to review your goals and assess your progress. Make note of any changes in your vision or priorities.
2. Adjust Your Plans: Update your action plans to reflect any new goals or shifts in your priorities. Ensure they are still aligned with your current vision.
3. Set New Milestones: Create new milestones to track your progress and keep yourself motivated as you work towards your updated goals.
When you’re done, scroll down to the Comments section and share what you’ve done and how it felt. Have you identified any goals that no longer serve you or fit with the person you are becoming?

I’ve read so many stories about highly successful people who have used visualization as a method to achieve their goals. I think this is so powerful. Love this challenge 🙂
I’ve read so much about vision boards and how to create them, but I could never figure out how to get all my goals onto one board. So I’ve decided instead to have a separate “board,” or framed group of images, for each area that I can frame and hang on the wall as a vignette. When I get it done I’ll post a pic.
